Yoga

The yoga experience of Luna Light is a slow, thoughtful and intuitive practice to center around the wholeness that is the sacred YOU. Movement and breath is guided and suggested for you to follow the intuition that only you can interpret as your practice.

We want practice with us to feel like home with the energy of friends and none of the responsibility. Q: How much yoga experience do I need to have? A: None! Or a lot! It doesn't matter as this is much more about nurturing your body and finding movement that feels good for you.

Q: What's your refund/cancellation policy? A: Due to limited availability at each retreat, we require a non-refundable hold deposit of $500 to reserve a space at the retreat.   Full payment for the retreat is due within 6 weeks of the start date.   Refunds:   If you cancel within 31-60 days or more before the retreat start date, you forfeit 50% of your payment (less deposit). If you cancel within 30 days or less of the retreat start date, you forfeit your entire payment.   If you cancel (or postpone) your booked retreat date, Luna Light does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment, or deposit payment, may be used as credit for another retreat date and package; and must be taken within 1 year of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to the name another person upon your arrangement of that transfer. We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel & Cancellation Insurance. Q: Can I have a private room? Do I get to choose my roommate? A: Casa Amiga is a large house with 5 bedrooms which means everyone will have a roommate. We think it's one of the most fun parts of the experience, actually! And since there are plenty of nooks, patios, and common spaces for everyone to spread out you'll have a nice balance of privacy and time with other participants. If you'd like to room with someone in particular, let us know ahead of time and we'll work to make it happen.
